Julie is awesome! nInitially I ordered a mantra band that I wanted to look a certain way, but gave insufficient detail of how I wanted it to look. After receiving something that I didn’t vibe with, I was somewhat upset. I sent Julie a photo of what I wanted it to look like, and she offered a replacement. She’s very understanding and professional. Fyi, be specific when placing an order, don’t make the same mistake I did, and blame the artist for your own lack of description.

This was shipped late although it was promised for Christmas. Like so many if the other posts it was a sentimental gift. I was assured before I ordered it that it would be in time for Christmas and it was shipped the 23rd. I was told “fingers crossed” it would be in. It was not. I was up front on my timing and was told because of over committing it was late. All attempts to contact the shop owner since have been ignored.
